Please read the following terms carefully before using the platform

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Wassitti platform, designed for managing vehicle import and sales activities in Algeria.

2. Registration and Account

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Each account is personal and may not be transferred or shared. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Platform Usage

The platform is provided for professional use related to vehicle import and sales. Any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use is strictly prohibited.

4. Personal Data

Data collected is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. It is used exclusively for the operation of the platform and is not shared with third parties without prior consent.

5. Liability

Wassitti strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the platform but cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages related to the use of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content (text, logos, code, design) is the property of Wassitti. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

Wassitti reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the current Terms of Use. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable international law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the rules of private international law.

9. Commercial Data Protection

For transparency and legal protection purposes, the platform applies the following rules: - Confirmed clients (with at least one sale) cannot be deleted from the system. - Sales cannot be deleted. They can only be cancelled by changing the status, provided all payments have been refunded beforehand. - Recorded payments cannot be deleted. In case of error or cancellation, a refund is created to offset the amount. Both the original payment and the refund remain in the transaction history. - Refunds are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. - The complete transaction history (sales, payments, refunds) is permanently preserved to ensure traceability in case of audit or dispute.

10. Sales Credits Policy

The platform uses a sales credit system to manage sale creation: - Each organization receives a free sales quota upon registration. - Additional sales credits can be purchased via Stripe. - Purchased sales credits are non-refundable. - Credits have a validity period from the date of purchase. Expired credits cannot be used. - The free sales quota does not expire. - Credit prices and validity periods are set by the platform administrator and may change without notice.
